The schedules are updated monthly and reflect the current and next month. Dealer technicians must request and register courses through STARS2 by clicking here.
ENROLLMENT
PROCEDURE – PLEASE FOLLOW:
Fleet technicians already
registered with Ford Fleet (if you can access the Training Menu under
Maintenance using a userid and password you are registered) should submit a
request for classroom training by clicking here. Be sure to put the class Name,
Course Code and Date offered in the comments section of the form. All incomplete requests will be
returned to the email address provided.
YOU WILL BE CONTACTED RELATIVE TO YOUR REQUEST WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS.
NOTE: Fleets and Fleet Technicians NOT
registered must do so as follows:
Step 1 – contact the Ford
Fleet registration program headquarters at 1-800-34-fleet or you may use the
link at:
http://www.fleet.ford.com/register/createAnAccount.asp

Step 2 – contact the Ford
Fleet Training Program Headquarters at 1-888-737-8782 and enroll in the Ford
Fleet Training Package. If you
choose not to enroll in the Ford Fleet Training Package you must follow the
enrollment notes below.
Step 3 – submit your
classroom training request by clicking here. Be sure to put the class Name,
Course Code and Date offered in the comments section of the form. All incomplete requests will be
returned to the email address provided.

ENROLLMENT NOTES – PLEASE READ:
NOTES: Step 3 – Requests for Ford Service
Training Facility Classroom training carry an attendance fee of $750.00 per class for all fleet personnel
attending classroom hands on training.
This is a per class fee and is the same regardless of the number
of days. Check or Money orders
payable to Ford Motor Company should accompany the student on the day of
training. Students will not be
admitted without payment or prior arrangements. The
classroom fees are waived if the fleet subscribes to the “Ford Fleet Package”.
Requests for
ONSITE training carry an attendance fee of $1,000.00 per day which includes all
expenses for all fleet personnel
attending classroom hands on training in the fleet facility. Onsite classes require a minimum of 12 students TO a
maximum of 20. The fee is a per
day fee regardless of the number of attendees (must be 12 to schedule). Students will be notified that they are enrolled via
email only. Please
include the email address when making your training request!
No-shows for classes will result in a monetary charge of $100.00 per incident and will be charged in addition to the class fee. Continued no-shows can result in the exclusion from attending Ford classroom training.
